Terms and conditions of agency request
Required facilities
Possessing a property with an area of at least 1000 square meters in one of the main streets or busy streets of the city with a width of about 20 meters in the vicinity of the street including:
Sales office and showroom with an area of at least 150 square meters
Space and repair shop facilities with an area of at least 500 square meters
Spare parts store with an area of at least 50 square meters
Parts warehouse with an area of at least 100 square meters
Park and open space with an area of at least 200 square meters
General conditions of the applicant
Citizenship of the Islamic Republic of Iran
Not having a Criminal record as confirmed by competent authorities
Absence of drug addiction according to legal authorities
Having enough experience in car sales and after-sales service
Having a certificate of completion of military service or permanent exemption
Being at least 25 years old and at most 55 years old
Having at least a diploma
Permanent residence in the requested place
Having sufficient financial ability to build, standardize, equip
Required Documents
Completing the representation request form
A copy of the valid and related business license for the real applicant / a copy of the statute, official newspaper and announcement of the latest changes for legal entities
A copy of the requested property ownership document or a 5-year lease
Copy of identity certificate from all pages
A copy of the last academic certificate
A copy of the end of military service or permanent exemption card
Two identical 4 x 3 photos of the applicant taken this year
A number of clear and specific photos of the required facilities and locations from different angles
Map of the desired city and specify the location of the requested place on it
Bank account turnover of the applicant’s in the last 6 months (including debit sum – credit sum – account balance – account balance – blocked, etc.)
